Q. What is the best software to backup my software so I can protect my originals?

A. Well there are a few good ones out there. First let me list them: CloneCD, Blindwrite, FantomCD and CDMATE and there are others. I find CloneCD to be one of the easiest to use, but these others are also very capable of doing the trick. Just remember, to make a true 1:1 copy you need more than just software, you also need a drive that will do it.
