I have VP5 installed. I downloaded the updates but it doesn't work.
I get an error message from WINDOWS INSTALLER that i have a previous version of this product. The installation can not continue. It says i must remove the previous version.

But is it related to Windows Installer or VideoPack5 ?
What should i do ?

I don't think i have the TSID number from Roxio anymore.

Without a valid TSID number how you expect to update the software?

I'm having the same problem. I don't want to call tech support and pay $35 for a support call because my support has expired. Does any have the solution to this problem?

Is it possible to change the numbers created in the menu page (i.e. use a different font) for all buttons, even switch the numbers off completely, in Videopack 5.1?

I am not sure what you mean. When creating a CD you can create buttons in order to jump to a certain part of the video when playing back. This button gets a number from Videopack. The number is rather big compared to the image of the button. I would like to use a different font for the numbers, or even switch them off completely. Maybe what you suggested works, but I do not have a clue what you are talking about. Can you be more specific. Thank you very much.
