I am using PowerDVD.
I got some DVDs (like the Celine: All the Way, Eyes Wide Shut) that cannot be played by computer but can be played by home DVD player.
I noticed that the BUP, IFO and VOB files in these DVDs are zero byte in size.
Is this a problem of DVD drive or PowerDVD?
Why the files are in zero bytes?

Hmm..Interesting. Never heard this before.

Try to rip the DVD contents with a DVD Ripper (like Smart-Ripper)

SmartRipper fails to rip these DVDs, as it will indicate "access violation".

Not only me cannot play these DVDs but also my friends.
These DVDs are pirated DVDs. Currently they can only be played by home DVD player, not DVD drives in the PC.
The characteristics of these DVDs is files (BUP, IFO and VOB) in these DVDs are zero byte in size.
