Hi Laffin Assassin,
guess what,i would need your magic tool also.
If you send it to me, I might put it online, so you won't have to email it to every1...
Thx in advance CU,
Nessi

Hi Nessi
Thanks for the offer but I could put it on my own site if I needed to ! But the last time I did that there was very high traffic so it is easier for me to e-mail it and that is not a problem but thanks anyway. AND if you check your Mail you should have it by now.
I hope this Helps !!!

Hi Laffin Assassin!

Thx for the file, but it seems the problem is somewhere else.
I installed the drivers from ASPI.ZIP, but when i tried to upgrade the flashtool failed
with an "ASPI Send Error" message.

Hi Laffin Assassin

Computer configuration:
Primary IDE:
Master - 20GB IBM Hard Disk
Secondary IDE:
Master – Philips CDRW 804 (Currently show NONE)
Slave – 100MB Internal IDE ZIP Drive
Mother Board: Aopen K72 with AMD Ahlon 700Mhz

System: Win98 + Windows 2000 pro (dual boot)

Since I had updated my computer BIOS with the latest version from Aopen the Computer does not recognize the Philips CDRW 804 at all. At startup the IDE check shows NONE for the Secondary master IDE.

I had installed the ASPI version 4.7 but the ASPI check shows ASPI Version 4.6
When running FlashTool I got an error message: No Supported drives found
What can I do to revive my CDR?
Can your patch solve the problem? Please Email me this patch.
Thanks – Moshe Alon

Hi Laffin Assassin,
Sorry to disturb you, but I have the same problem with my PCRW804. When I want to flash I have the message that there is ASPI error. I use ForceASPI which I found out it’s not suitable for this. Is it possible to have your small zip file???
Thanks a lot,
Marionetto
