Hello

Using XP, Nero seems to have problems with icon backgrounds - putting them as black rather than transparent. It's done this for the last few builds. It works fine at 16 bit colour depth, but not 32 (which I use). Oddly it only does it in the compilation window; not in the file browser.

Anyone else have this sort of problem?

Without checking with our Engineers in Germany, I can only make a guess. But I think I am close on this though. [:-)]

We have the option for "Continue MultiSession", and when you write to a CD that has previous data on it, it will show up in the Compilation window as "Transparent", and we make the data you drag over "Noticeably" black, so you can destinquish between the two without problems.

So I doubt this is a bug, or a mistake. More than likely done purposely.

No, it's certainly a bug. Whether it's a bug in Windows, Nero, or specifically my computer, I don't know.

It only seems to be shell icons (those in Shell32.dll); other icons don't have this black background.

Can you send me a screen shot of this. So I can see what is going on.
