I have a problem. At home I'm trying to copy a pc game but it doesn't work. There are no writing errors but it simply doesn't want to start when I try to play the copied game.
Does any one know how I can find out which protection there is on all off these games and how I can get past these.
The programs I use to copy are WINON and cloneCD.
I have allready tried different setting for cloneCD, but they all don't seem to work.
Please reply if you got the answer to my problem!!!

Is your burner capable of burning RAW-mode?
You can try www.gamecopyworld.com, and see if your game is listed there. If it is, then you can see what kind off protection your game has. If it's a new game then it will probably have safedisk 2 protection. When I copy cd's with SD2 protection I use CloneCD.
The settings I use is "Fast error skip". Nothing else.
I get best results when I burn On The Fly!
