iwant to konw what type of format i need to make a vcd that is compatable with sony dvd players and vcd 2.0 players like what files or folders on the disk when i burn it

Just get Nero to burn the VCDs. Then all you need to do is take the mpeg file you made with the other software (I am assuming you know how to rip a dvd to mpeg) and burn it with NERO. Select the option to make a videoCD and it will play on a DVD player. Provided your DVD player will play VCDs and will play them off CDRs or CDRWs.
