PLease can anyone help ihave just bought a 3200E from yamaha and it came with nero. i can copy a cd . but if i want to back up files from my hd. it goes right hte way through the process but say something about not being able to do fixationat the very end? now what is that is my Drive not working or is it a sofware issue. thanks in advance for the help.

thanks for the tip. but doesn't the new firmware address better CD-MRW and thats it ?
Does anyone else have the same drive and firmware as myself and are they experiencing the same problem ?

Please send me an Email at techsupport4@nero.com and request that you be sent a new MMC.DLL file. This file could be corrupted. This has resolved the issue for a few others who have run into this same symptom.
