Not sure the mfg of that drive... try looking around at the Firmware Page.

I did what u told me and unluckily I did'nt find it there. Even Samsung does'nt have it in their website!  Btw, I'm using a Gateway M-1617, 1.90 Ghz, 2Gb RAM with that TSST CD/DVDRW DL  dvd drive with Vista Premium in it, I also tried seeking advice through their support group (Gateway) which helped me temporarily, and after a few reboots, my laptop can't recognize again the disk it burned!! (|I used Nero 8) in burning that disk, although it can read mastered burns from windows but those DVDRW that I burned using Nero and Roxio Copy and Convert..it always say the disk is blank. What do you think happened? The Gateway team asked me to do a complete restore which I did, but still even without Nero and Roxio it still can't read DVDRW's.
