so you got a good anti-virus program but now you need to get rid of all that spyware garbage ay? Well, never fear! AVG is here, I personally like their free anti-spyware program just because its so user friendly, and if your like me then everyday you'll have at least 10 tracking cookies all over you... Or your more carful than me but you want it anyway, well, heres a link for you...
