Hi,

I accidentally erased file on NTFS, os W XP. I need it it to be restored now. Is there a way to do this the most relialbe and secure way?

There are lots of "unerase" utilitys... Never had the need (though I bet it will come in handy one day)... I know of a free one in beta called Recuva (from the makers of CCleaner)... might be worth while for you to try out...
