Hello,
I just purchased a
TEAC P11/KIT Thermal One-Ink Disc Printer. I looked at the other comparable lower-end Thermal Disc Printers on the market too. I read some very questionable reviews of both the Casio and the Primera models, so I decided to try this one which I was unable to find any user reviews for. If anyone has experience with this device, feedback would be appreciated.
But my question is this... I have found Standard Silver/Silver CD-R's and I've also found Thermal Silver/Silver CD-R's. The "thermal" versions are about $0.03 - $0.04 more per disc than the "standard" discs. From what I can understand, it's only the full-color (and much more expensive) thermal
printers that need the special "thermal" top discs. I was just wondering if anyone could confirm that the standard (prodisc for example) Silver/Silver CD-R's will work well with my one-ink thermal printer?
Hope that makes at least some sense! Thanks for your time...
