Looking for a program that does that I know Nero does that but it only does it in the backup program and I need it in the ROM burning program that'll check my files burned with the ROM . Unless I miss understanding backup and it allows you to do actual copy and not backingup all selected files to one huge file

Why would you say that?

Yes, Nero ROM does verify your discs after burning.  When you go to the burn menu, SELECT VERIFY at the bottom.
