sometimes when i write the video in dvd.. in the process of transcoding sometimes it stop in the middle or in the end part of the video.. is it possible that it will continue to transcode and write to disc or the whole process is already screwed.. by the way im using nero 6 to write dvd. thanx.!

what kind of transcoding you mean? Can you desribe us a little the whole procedure from the beginning of what you want to do?

Its happened to me before.  Its when you first start to burn the cd, it goes to a stage where it says transcoding(before the actual burn) and the preview pic freezes, but the timer keeps counting. I think it has something to do with the converting process, but not sure if it will keep running from there or not. I've always cancelled it.

Better do the transcoding to a Hard Disk folder and as soon it is ready then burn it to a disc.
