Can anyone tell me where I can download a free, reliable anti-virus program? Also if I posted a report of my registry on here would anyone review it and let me know of any questionable entries?

Try this antivirus, it's what I use.

As for your registry your better of getting a reg cleaner. There are some free ones about.

I also used AVG until I switched to DSL, which came with a free antivirus program.
AVG worked very well.
