I've just gotten a A8N SLI Deluxe mobo and an AMD 3500 venice core cpu..and now i'm realising that the mobo bios needs updating to run the processor properly. where can i get this Bios update for this specifc cpu?????

You can find the latest bios revision from you board in Asus' download section. There will be no problem with the 3500 CPU. Newest firmware will add support of dual core, FX-57 etc, meaning newer cpu models. Check below:

Avoid beta versions ang download the latest one.
