Did you have "amplify weak sectors" on? I sucessfully made a working backup of this disc with no problem on a Yamaha CRW-F1

Hi
You can use alcohol to make a valid copy of your game.
First rip the game to an image and then write that image using safedisc2 datatype mode.
Alcohol is available here http://www.alcohol-software.com/download.php
What is your cd writer?

I think that your drive will not do Correct EFM-Encoding. So you might have trouble making backups of Safe Disk protected discs. In Alcohol you can try putting a check in the box marked "Bypass EFM Errors", if using CloneCD then check the "Amplify Weak Sectors" this may give you a copy.

Right on Tron! I used CloneCD to back this game up with Amplify Weak Sectors on.
