zhangyuf0224 -> sony's portable can't play clonecd's cdtext? (4/28/2003 11:38:53 AM)

i have a CRX-140E 1.0s and a CRX-220E1 6YS1.

when i copy some pure audio cds with cdtext using clonecd. they can't be played on sony's portable DE888, DE999, DE1000, DE01. the player halts when displaying 'READING'. do you guys ever have that problem too? i tried these 2 recorders and they're the same. if i use nero or feurio, it'll be ok.

what's the problem might be?

thanx a lot.

Hmmm, I'll check later. I doubt that would be the problem, I'm pretty sure CCD's CD-Text would work. I have a CD/MP3 DEJ01, so I'll look into it [:I]

yes quite sure, they're quite ok on my two recorder

but when they're in 888,999,d-e01, the player halts when displaying 'reading'. i can hear the len is moving and the disc is spinning, but it doesn't stop nor play unless i press stop or open it directly.

Also try other media and slower burn speeds. Like Verbatim DataLifePlus...
