DupRod -> Can you bitset drives in duplicator? (1/26/2005 3:23:06 PM) Can you set the firmware in a particular DVD+R drive to produce Type/Book "DVD-ROM"? with DVDInfoPro? My application is to change my 9 burner to make Type/Book "DVD-Rom" DVDrs Or is this a function where you must set each disc separately?

Iggy -> RE: Can you bitset drives in duplicator? (1/27/2005 2:14:21 AM) For all together I think is difficult. Exept if your burning application has a feature like this one in Nero where you can burn with changed booktype. But even in this case Nero doesn't support all the drives.

(1/27/2005 3:43:05 AM) first you have to see if the used drives at the duplicator tower actually support bitsetting and if so with which firmware...then i imagine if the duplicator doesn't support this function, you would have to remove them, install them at a PC and bitset with CDSpeed or DVDInfoPro
