TUBAROX -> Flashing the ASUS E-616 (12/30/2004 6:51:55 PM)

Just to help all those who add a lot of trouble flashing the ASUS E-616 (since with the official firmware, even following all the instructions, it was impossible for me) just check this link:

Then just download the 2.2 bin format files, unzip the file and copy the files to a MS-DOS boot disk.
Then restart the computer in DOS mode, type "upgrade" and proceed to tell the batch file where the drive is located using the numbers 1-4.
It really works and solved a lot of problems that were told in the review already posted in cdrinfo.com. Now the drive is working fine.
I just hope ASUS had made a flash program that really works. I lost a lot of time trying to know how to flash this drive.
