franz99 -> Read BURN INFO from media DVD-R/RW (11/25/2004 5:09:30 AM)

Hello ! I am interested (among other things) about the first "Advanced command" for medias in DVDinfoPro called "Read BURN INFO from media DVD-R/RW" This command gives me the following answer: and only with a DVD-R media (burned with Nero 6) Info on burner used to create this disc Vendor (manufacturer) // serial number // Product ("model") The serial number remains unchanged if you flash the drive with a un-official firmware which changes the 2 other indications. I have been unable to get any information - from a DVD-RW burned media - and of course from any DVD+R/+RW burned media I would like to know if ther is any further information (like the serial number of the CPU , the motherboard and so on . . .) recorded on DVD and CD-R medias during the burning process. Is there a planed upgrade of DVDinfoPro that will allow us to do read all this information in the near future ? I wonder where exactly this information is recorded on the recordable DVD? Is it repeated several times as one time in the "lead in" and one time in the "lead out" ? Does anybody know is there is any other software around able to read this information on Cd-R's ? Bravo for your job on DVDInfoPro and keep on improving the software !
