CloneCD gets stuck at 98%

My CloneCD has been seeming to be doing this alot. It gets stuck at 98% and the transfer rate and buffers all drop to zero. Then it just sits there forever. If I press eject it says the cd is 100% but the cd obviously didn't close properly because it doesn't read. Any ideas on how to fix this?
