Hi
Can i write 8 GB of data of my HDD to a Double Layer DVD Disk ? data is contain MP3,programs and other things !
and one other question is : if i can found double side double layer DVD disk(17 GB) , can i write to it by DVD Burners like Plextor PX716A ?

There should be no problem writing data to a D/L disc but what’s the point when it costs 20x more than a single layer disc that is more compatible with a wider range of DVD-ROM drives. Double sided D/L disc should have the same compatibility as Single sided discs but I doubt they will be affordable if they are ever made. One might as well just wait until the Blue Ray format becomes affordable

Yes you can, however single layer media are a better solution at this moment. As for Double Side Double Layer media I don't know if you can find any. But if you do then yes you also can with a burner like 716.
