Hi All,
I have a lot of wav files that I record from my TV satellite reciever using Cakewalk Pyro. Some tracks on a disc I burn will often have an excessive amount of bass, if I playback the track on my pc from the hard drive the bass is normal. I use Nero to burn@32x and have an NEC2500 with Herrie's 1.07beta firmware. Burn speed and firmware changes did not affect the problem. Any ideas on the cause of the excessive bass?
thanks
David

There is a "emphasis" bit that can be set during the burning of a track, but most players seem to ignore this feature...
This suposedly emphasizes some parts of the acoustic band.
