Got this from the Cdfreaks forum a minute ago. Just release today new firmware. Lets hope it gives
better results.

Hi I just got a DVR 108, and have downloaded the 1.10 firmware. How do I flash the drive with it? Does it need to be put on a floppy and done in DOS or is there a windows app for this?

PS: When I run UPGDVD.exe from windows it just says "available target is not found".

Update:

Well I guess there must have been some incompatability with the first 1.10 firmware I downloaded from pioneers website, because the one from cdrinfo.com worked fine. Problem solved. :)
