Hello,

My Clone Cd doesn't work, he gives this message " HARDWARE ERROR: NO ADITIONAL SENSE INFORMATION (4:0x08:0x03)"

I don't know what's wrong can anyone help me,please.

What is your recorder?

my recorder is a yamaha 2100e with firmware 1.ON.

the operating system is windows 98.

I have the same yamaha drive and firmware in Windows XP SP1 with the same error. Did you ever find the problem? My drive worked at one time. Nero always works, but CloneCD fails. 4.2.0.2

The problem happens at lower recording speeds other then max speed of your cdr. I have a 2100E also if I try to burn other then 16X I get that error for unknown reasons but it happens I am running Windows Me so it's not XP thats the problem. I also noticed it happens with Generic CDR's. My burner is also 1.0N on the firmware.

Hi all,

I recently bought CloneCD 4.
Installed it on a XP SR1 machine with a Plextor SCSI PX1210S writer.
I also am a victim of the problem mentioned in this thread.
Other programs (Easy CD creator OR Nero) work fine.
CloneCD was installed when Easy CD Creator was allready there.
Will they argue?
So, can any of you tell me if there is a solution?
