I undertstand clonecd copies cd's but what's wrong with nero? Nero does the job no? What does exactly clonecd do? does it work well with nero?

Clone CD makes copies of software even if it has copy protection on it. Nero does not make copies of software that has protections like SafeDisk, SecuROM, and others.
