I just bought three hundred pure silver bottom CDR discs (Taiwan brand). It's really awesome. This is the first time I come across these CDs. It costs me $1.80HKD ($0.23USD), very cheap eh?

The CDR you have bought has a Phtalocyanine dye.
This is transparant in certain types.
Because of the silver reflection layer it seems that the bottom of the cdr is silver.
