As I said before my post was deleted [:@], they are not stopping production. They merely switched servers and their old server put up that message.

Not sure, had to be another mod. All I know is that it is gone. There are also a couple other posts that I remember, missing in this thread.

Yes, this depends on where the server is located. The legal issues in some countries just don't allow the sale of this or any copy circumventing software....
