Someone please help me on how to make an svcd. I downloaded the program tmpg but everytime I go to encode it gives me an error.

The exact error it produces also could come in handy. There are some very good tutorials on the net for TmpgEnc. It's too bad the freeware version has an mpeg decoder that disables after a while.
