is there any way of removing parts of a video file that i have downloaded .im using nero to burn my cdrs

1. ADOBE PREMIERE 6.0
2. I-FILM EDIT
3. VCD CUTTER (FREEWARE)

M1 Edit, M2 edit, and TMPGEnc are also capable of doing this.
