Just some more infos:

Got NWN running with old backup: uninstalled and re-installed from burner; Clone-CD: hide CD-R media.
Later I installed Doemon-Tools for backing up music CDs - this made NWN unplayable, it started but game had 2 or 3 frames/sec. Uninstalled Daemon-Tools & stealth drive and NWN worked again.

Yes the new Securom is making things hard when you have certain Programs such as Daemon-Tools and others. But I don't think it will take Daemon-Tools long to get round this they have been there before and cured it just the same as Clone CD did! And I do know for a fact that Olli ( The CD Clone Creator ) is working on this new Problem so not to worry !!!
