Hello everyone, I just made a back up of NOLF. Installed fine from back-up. Did all updates to XXX4. but won't play unless original is in drive. What did I do wrong? liteon 24102b. ClondCD 4X. read:correction=none. read:sub=yes. write=max. Thanx to any that reply. Jeff in Los Angeles.USA.

It has got Safedisc 2 protection so use Clony XXL to do the settings in Clone CD and you should have no problems! Laffin Assassin It's Nice to be Important!!! But it's more Important to be NICE!!!

Well thanx for replying. I tried using Clony xl final, since my I don't speak German. I live in the USA and have applied the weak sector patch. I've also seem comments to "Hide cdr media" or something similar, not available to Japan and USA. so you think that's my problem? I could always change the country.sys file I suppose, I think I can anyway, and set it to Canada to get around that I suppose. Clony ID'd the protection as SD2, I used the recommended settings but it still won't play with the backup. Go to :- http://home.arcor.de/bejot/ And you will find the English Version 2.0.06 of CLONY XXL!!!! Then let that do the settings for Clone CD also download and install the latest version of Clone CD !!! Laffin Assassin It's Nice to be Important!!! But it's more Important to be NICE!!!

After about 6 coasters I did it. I'm not quite use to the the new CloneCD 4x interface. I found my settings were SAO not DA0. changed it to DAO wrote at 4x and bingo!!! Thou, write speed may not have been a factor. why didn't Clony use DAO settings?????? Hope this helps someone else. Good Luck, Jeff in LA. ps. Wrote another using same image at max write.
