Clint -> RE: coping of protected audio cds (5/21/2002 1:58:19 AM)

There are *NO* DVD-ROM's avaliable at the present time, that can handle the majority of CD-DA protections. Some can use software 'tricks' (for example, EAC), but none (or no good DVD-ROM's, e.g. Toshiba, Lite-On, Pioneer, Sony [BTC]) can recognise Key2Audio/CDS-200; or I'd be aware of it, and own/buy it for that reason For audio protections [CD-DA], a Plextor UltraPlex 40X or a PleXWriter (24x or 40x) are the best options... Not good I know _________________ You get what you pay for...
