CloneCD doesn't work (Full Version)

I got Winodws XP, a Pioneer DVD rom, and an 16x HP writer approved by CloneCD. I can't get any games to make a copy. The questions I have are:
#1 What setting should I set for the DVD player?
#2 What settings should i set for the HP writer?
#3 What settings should I select for the writing process?
#4 Should I select to write and Image to the hard drive or just write from the DVD to the HP writer?

The settings I use on all games I back up are:

Read:
read both sub-channel data (audio and data)
fast error skip (0 read retries, hardware correction)

Burn:
close last session
don't fix sub-channel data

I am using a Lite-On 24102B. I use to first read the image to the hard drive and then burn the image to disk. Hope this helps.
