well no 32x recorders yet to the public but maybe those will work well on 24x drives for now .

Can you get hold of TDK Reflex Ultra 24x 700MB discs at all? I'm having a bugger of a time find them at a reasonable price.

Actual 32x media are not yet out...We got some prototype 32x media from Mitsubishi Chemicals (Verbatim) last week

These are Branded 32X and we have been assured that they are 32X.

Made from which manufacturer? As far we know not even Taiyo Yuden has started production of 32x certified media.

The company that made those probably just assumed they would work at at 32x . Also it depends on what drive you get , they may be able to write at 32x on some drives but others maybe not . I saw that happen with PNY Gold 24x discs .
