DVD Shrink has not been updated in a "LONG LONG TIME"  you're going to have to update your programs.  I suggest AnyDVD and CloneDVD from SlySoft... they can do what you need.

I still use DVD Shrink all the time. For foreign films with English subtitles, I find that I have to use the subtitle button on the remote. They don't force the stream sometimes and, having selected main movie only, you have no on screen menu item to select subtitles. My bet is that they are there you just need the remote to access them.
