hi my name is claritza i'm having problems burning a dvd and cd i have 2 roms whenever i try to burn a download movie or music cd a message comes up to insert a blank cd and i do, the door opens again and repeats the same thing to insert a blank cd. is like if it doesn't recognizes the cd. what can i do?
