it seems that I can but the "current disk type" is grey. Which disk do I have to insert that I can change this grey field? A empty DVD +RW or a full DVD +RW or a  -RW.

Any DVD+RW should work.
Can you unistall Plextools and retry with CDSpeed?

Ok, I uninstalled it and CD Speed is still ok/working  with bitsetting...

I thought it is not right working because

1)Plextor wrote me that it is not possible to change booktype 

2) the field below was always grey. I does not knew that I have to insert a DVD +RW

Probably Plextor was refering to Plextools. I am sure they don't know anything about CDSpeed.[:)]

When I setup this booktype inside CD "speed" is it valid for every burnprogram (for example ImgBurn) or only valid for nero?

CDSpeed changes the booktype setting of your drive. So. no matter which burning application you use it will works.

Yes. I think only CDSpeed can change the booktype with Plextors, if I am not wrong.

Why it is not possible to change the booktype for "minus" Disks? Is it only combine with "plus" ?

Minus never had compatibility issues, thus its a features which made only for plus.
