INCD 4.1 won't format CD-RW (Full Version)

I am running win 2k and am unable to get INCD 4.1 to format in CDRW format. The disc can be formatted in CD-MRW and written to in MRW. The thing I do not like about that is there is only 539 MB of space on a 700 MB disk available after the Format.

The Drive is a CD-RW CW 5205

Works fine for everything else except formating plain ole CD-RW

Any suggestions much appreciated!

This is something related to the rewritable formats. There is always some redudant space restricted on each disc for error correction and other house-keeping information, depending on the particular format.
