zebra -> ImgBurn and DVDInfoPro team up! (11/15/2005 6:20:18 AM)

Hi all,

Well - the news will leak out sooner or later, so I probably should post up something official now. ;)

Myself and NicW, of DVDInfoPro have teamed up with Lightning UK, of DVD-Decrypter and ImgBurn fame to bring you all something special.

We are proud to announce in the coming days a burn-creation-speed analysis section of DVDInfoPro. Some key features:

  • Variable resolution speed graph of burn characterstics
  • Minimum/maximum/average burn times
  • Media Info of the burn mode, including RAW data types, sector modes
  • CAV/CLV/Descriptor Style Information
  • Advanced burn-time comparator
  • PCS-PI/PO/RPM/IBG overlays
  • ...and a few more little tricks up our sleeves
More info when its finished! [8D]

Pay close attention to the ability to change the sample rate/ms. This allows the user total control over just how detailed they wish the write-speed graph to be. Particularly handy for those intent on seeing EXACTLY what OPC/WOPC has done to a burn! [:)]

looks very interesting, how about a beta testing version? [;)]

Yup - VERY close.

Initial beta versions will go out to "special" people such as the cdrinfo team, media reviewers, and our internal beta-testing team. Almost there. ;)
