I need help please! I'm afraid, because I think mi Sony CRX220 has died.
I tried to flash it with the CRX300 firmware who apears to be incompatible.The process stoped at 100 percent and I tried to reflash, but I was unable. Since that my unit has been all the time with green led ON and the system didn't recognice it. I tried to reflash after rebooting and my Windows died after a Hard error, runing a windows utility. I had to format one of my Hard Disks.
What can be done? Can I manually erase the drive flash memory and then reflash? Is it possible to reflash with the msdos utility?
I'm also afraid to kill once more my windows.
