Can anyone help?
Hi, I am a recent owner of the above model and as yet have not had any luck with it on my PC?
Whenever I sign on to the PC, I keep getting the same error message:
CANNOT CONNECT TO FILE SYSTEM - INCD SERVICE NOT RUNNING.
I followed all the correct steps when downloading the software via the disc that came with the Jackrabbit.
Can anybody explain to me why this is happening or otherwise point me in the right direction?
