DB72 -> Big problem (7/24/2005 11:55:16 PM)

I hope someone can help....my other half had a car accident and needless to say over 200 music cd's were toast...all bought & paid for ...for her recovery I built her another computer and found out she had ALL the music copied to another hard drive...wooohoooo  no wait...they are all copy protected and media player tells me she has exceeded the number of times she can get licenses....fraaccck...some of the cd's are over 6 years old and forget trying to replace them...I have seen alot of programs but need some help in finding a good one...is there any other way of playing them with another player? I know about DRM but I think it stinks that she bought these albums and now shes screwed....it aint right....

thanks in advance

ps...Emperor your suggestion, way back when was great!  BenQ1620 just chugging along ..thanks again

Rip your music CDs using EAC.

i don't know if you can use an alternative way to backup you DRM protected files with Total Recorder (recording whats being played from Windows media Player back to HDD into WAV format), surfing around google.com might help giving you more ideas [;)]
