Hi , i really need your help , i have this problem for over a year now and i couldn't get any help till now , i can't burn or create a new cd , when i put an empty cd into one of the drives and i go to properties , it doesn't show the free space , it shows only 0 bytes and i know the cd is ok cause i tryed it on another computer where it showed 700mb free space.So please help me out here,i don't know what to do... i will be very. Any help will be appreciated!

computer System: Windows Xp pro
Drives:2 
master drive:40 GB 
slave drive: 10 GB + 20 to store important things so i will not lose them
Nero , i use window media player to burn songs and when i put an empty disk in CDRW window media player still says please insert a blanc CD
