Sorry for the delay - I've been a bit busy last days. ;-)

LiteOn 52246S drive was tested in our labs with succeed, this failure is surprizing. Oneworld can you send me your 2 InCD log files and the result file of Nero InfoTool (InfoTool.txt)? (my e-mail is dburg@nero.com - Nero InfoTool result is working fine with forum posts but not InCD log files.)

Yes, I have it. In the log files of InCD I can see that the media is recognized as a CD-R ("03c4 03:09:09 16:21:21:21 e=0. Media is a CD-R." for instance) thus it seems the device might have trouble to recognize the media.

-> can you provide a infotool log file with the media inserted in the burner?
-> is the CD-RW officially supported by your device on lite-on information pages?

I have sent you the infotool log file with media inserted. I do not know if liteon supports this media officialy. However, the same media works with 3.x ver of InCD and same setup.

I have exactly the same problem on LG's GCC-4240N DVD/CDRW combo drive.

InCD 4.0.1.21 is OK.
Please use it instead of 4.0.5.6

True, InCD 4.0.1.21 used to work with few constraints. But now even that has stopped working.

Re-flashed the firmware and version 4.0.1.21 works. But the later versions still do not work.

In fact, I am just able to format the disc but cannot write anyting to the disc. However, the same drive and media works on another PC.
