I like to listen to new music all day long, so maybe you'd like to know how I get all the new mp3 stuff onto my mp3 player legally! (6/13/2005 4:51:20 PM) Tecnically, it's probably just as illegal as P2P filesharing the same tracks, though if you promise to delete them, there may be some form of timeshifting provision - depend on how enlightened the juristiction is, if they recognize timeshifting or fair use. More importantly for YOU though, recording like this leaves no trail, so the RIAA can huff and puff as much as they like, but they can't prove anything!

The radio stations pay money for broadcasting the music, so everybody can listen to it! Besides, I think it's far more legal than filesharing, for you don't offer it to others at the same time... cu
