AKAAM -> mini cds to regular cds (5/23/2005 9:23:03 PM)

Wondering if anyone knows a simpler method...
I have about 10 mini cds (single cds) with one song on each. I want to put them all on one regular sized CD to play in a stereo. Problem is I have an ibook which has no audio input and can't play these smaller cds.
So I've hooked my stereo to the tv, the tv to my video camera, and put the audio (and a blue screen) on a tape. I've then imported the video to the mac movie editing program, extracted the audio, and copied the new aiff file to my desktop. Then I changed the audio file to be read by itunes and now I have a fat aiff music file that I assume will be burnable on to a cdr (haven't got that far yet).
Just wondering if anyone has an easier, less time consuming method.

Don't you have any normal PC, or a friend of yours?

No. Just the mac. Could borrow someone's computer but looking for other options with what I've got. I guessing that there aren't...?

The way you are going seems to be a very messy solution, analog steps all over the place.

Get a friend to rip them with EAC, and either make the audio CD or put them on a data CD at full CD quality, then you can arrange then as you want.

Figured there wasn't any other way with what I've got.

What is EAC? Any extracting program or a specific one?

EAC: Exact Audio Copy, fint it at www.exactaudiocopy.de

Believe me there is nothing best in quality.[:)]
