try to use clonyxll avaliable here

scan your game cd and then tell us what is the protection that clonyxxl reports
Also let us know what is your cd-r writer and your operating system

I search on the web and the protection of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is safedisk2 ,so you must use that datatype on alcohol at the burning process

The report from clonyXXl is that my game cd is used SafeDisc2.8,
im using Win XP rite now, and my writer is Samsung SM-348B, is CD-RW and DVD-ROM in one mechanism.

I had burn Splinter cell, with alcohol 10% wiv the safedisc2 datatype, but when i tried to install it, my computer keeps on crashing, is there anything to do wiv DAO?
