8.7GB on 4.7GB dvd ? (Full Version)

hello all

i'm confused about something.
i have one dvd. it says on it 4.7GB (that means it's not DL disc) and i open it and it says there is 8.766GB on tht disc? how that is posibble? i decrypt that dvd and outcome is also 8.766GB.

i have 2 directorys when i open it
1.VIDEO_RM
2.VIDEO_TS

i really don't know how to copy that dvd.if i decrypt that and i shrink it i get 4.7GB but how original have 8.7 and it fits to 4.7gb disc[:(]

Can you tell us if the disc is pressed or recordable?

it's normal datawrite dvd disc with cap.4.7gb. i have about 2:45min video on it and it's probebly shirinked allittle.
it have 4 videos on it. aprox 40 minuts each.
i just check first 2 have resolution 352x576 and other 2 have resolution 720x576.
i try to open that dvd in dvd shrink and shrink it and i can't.
